疾風ホルモンはありがたい事に１５年以上、経営をさせていただいております。これもお客様やスタッフのおかげであることは言うまでもありません。ありがたい事に地元だけでなく、本土の方や海外の方々まで、足を運んで頂いております。本当に感謝しかございません。しかし、昨今では急なキャンセルが頻繁にございます。致し方ない理由もあると思いますが、とりあえず席を確保するっといったような悪質なものも多く見受けられます。各店舗、大きなお店ではありません。満席でも２５人ほどの収容人数しかございません。そんな小さなお店だからこそ、一件一件のキャンセルが売上に直結してしまいます。当日のキャンセルなどの被害額は年間1000万円以上です。当日キャンセル、音信不通は準備していた食材費や人件費で赤字になってしますます。​大変、心苦しいのですが、ご予約に対しまして、デポジット入金を導入いたしました。お一人様2000円のデポジットをお預かりします。デポジット入金頂いたお金は飲食代金から差し引きますのでご了承くださいませ。何卒、ご理解のほど、よろしくお願いします。

We understand that there are unavoidable reasons for this, but we also see many malicious cases where people just want to save their seats for now. Each restaurant is not a large restaurant. We are very sorry, but we have introduced a deposit system for reservations. We will take a deposit of 2,000 yen per person. The deposit will be deducted from the price of the food and beverage.
